Responsibilities involves as web analytics to help online business units devise strategies for measuring the success of their business efforts, providing actionable findings with appropriate recommendations. The Web Analyst participates in web site projects as a measurements expert, identifying reporting requirements, monitoring the reporting implementation, and evaluating pre and post-launch metrics. Administers and manages the Omniture site catalyst tool, ensuring on-time delivery of reports, ongoing training of web statistics consumers, and aids in development of future tool functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct web analysis with a focus on site design enhancements, usability, site structure, behavioral analysis, data mining, customer segmentation, performance management and end-to-end monitoring, and other relevant statistical analyses to improve the customer experience and improve ROI.
• Report periodic and ad hoc site performance and user experience related issues. Using existing Omniture web analytics platforms and other analytics tools, measure of key performance indicators of technology, marketing, sales activities.
• Administer Omniture product; manage profiles, dash board, campaigns, reports, standard and custom code, issue management, and training.
• Coordinate with various internal business/user groups to determine, analyze and identify process improvements on the site, new product initiatives, customer behavioral tests, etc.
• Communicate with others in the Web Strategy and Interactive Media team to ensure that all reporting requirements needed for proper online customer behavior analysis are met.
